Beefalo is processed at a custom processor in Faribault, MN.
Lamb and Pork are processed at a custom processor in New Richland, MN
Poultry is processed at our farm.
Please note we do not ship our meat anywhere. Pickup is at the processor.
Heritage Breed Turkeys - we have 13 heritage breed turkeys available for November and December 2021. They range in size from 6-12 lbs. dressed weight. Price is $5.99 per lb. finished weight and includes processing. A deposit of $20 per bird is required with order form.

To place an order for any items available, please go to our order form, download the PDF file, print the form and complete it. Mail it along with your deposit check. When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation and put you on our list.
You can purchase our beefalo by half, or quarter animal (all quarters sold as split side). Our Red Wattle pork is available by the whole or half animal. Our lamb is available by the whole animal only. Here’s how it works:
You print out the order form from our Order Form Page and mail us a non-refundable deposit (check only) for $125. per quarter beefalo, $100. per half of Red Wattle hog, $100 per whole lamb, to hold your order. Once we receive your deposit and order form, we will place you on our butcher schedule. One week prior to the appointment date, we will send you a notice giving you the appointment date, and a range of dates for you to contact the butcher to let them know how you want your meat cut up.
Once the animal goes into the butcher, we will obtain the hanging weight and email you an invoice for the meat. Payment must be received within 4 days of the invoice date. Once we have received your payment, when the meat is ready for pickup (generally 2 – 3 weeks depending on the processing) we will contact you to let you know that you can pick it up. When you pick up your meat at the butcher shop, you will need to pay the butcher for his processing fees. You will not be allowed to pick up your meat unless it is completely paid for (our fee and the butcher’s fee).
