We offer Beefalo, Lamb & Pork by quarter, half, or whole animal.

Lamb and Pork are processed at a custom processor in Waseca, MN
Please note we do not ship our meat anywhere. Pickup is at the processor.
We currently have the following available:
Beefalo (Steak animals) - We have 3 Beefalo Steak animal quarters available for late November 2023 at a price of $4.29/lb. hanging weight plus processing fee. Deposit of $155 per quarter (or $310 per half) required with order. Orders need to be placed BEFORE October 31, 2023. Please note, if all 3 quarters are NOT sold by that date, we will refund your deposit.
Beefalo (Burger Bundles packaged in 1 lb. bags) - we have 40 lb. burger bundles available for late September. Price $6.99 per lb. finished weight plus processing fee of $80 per 40 lb bundle ($160 per 80 lb bundle).
Deposit of $80 per 40 lb. bundle or $160 for 80lb. bundle required with order. Orders must be received no later than August 31st, 2023.
Pork - We are sold out for late October. Check back with us in November when we will be offering IPP pork for spring 2024.
Lamb - We are sold out of lambs for 2023 at a price of $4.50 per lb hanging weight plus processing fee.

To place an order for any items available, please go to our order form, download the PDF file, print the form and complete it. Mail it along with your deposit check. When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation and put you on our list.
You can purchase our beefalo by half, or quarter animal (all quarters sold as split side). We also sell beefalo burger animals by 40 and 80 lb. bundles. Our pork is available by the whole or half animal. Our lamb is available by the whole animal only. Here’s how it works:
0You print out the order form from our Order Form Page and mail us a non-refundable deposit (check only) for $155 per quarter beefalo, $80 per 40 lb. of beefalo burger, $150 per half of hog, $150 per whole lamb, to hold your order. Once we receive your deposit and order form, we will place you on our schedule. One week prior to the appointment date, we will send you a notice giving you the appointment date, and a range of dates for you to contact the butcher to let them know how you want your meat cut up.
Once the animal goes into the butcher, we will obtain the hanging weight (HW) and email you an invoice for the meat. Payment must be received within 4 days of the invoice date. Once we have received your payment, when the meat is ready for pickup (generally 2 – 3 weeks depending on the processing) we will contact you to let you know that you can pick it up. When you pick up your meat at the butcher shop, you will need to pay the butcher for his processing fees. You will not be allowed to pick up your meat unless it is completely paid for (our fee and the butcher’s fee).
