    Nestled in the rolling hills of south central Minnesota, it is the perfect place to pasture raise our Beefalo. They are pastured year-round and receive no grains, no antibiotics, no growth hormones; only 100% pasture grasses and hay in the winter months. As a cross between bison and beef cattle, beefalo meat is higher in protein and lower in fat and cholesterol than regular beef, but has a great flavor sometimes associated with bison.

    We have our Beefalo custom processed at a local butcher and sell by quarters, halves, or whole animals only. Ordering is typically done in early March and appointments are made from late June through early November when the animals have been out on pasture grasses for better nutritional quality.
